Planned spin-off of Octave
The Board of Hexagon AB has resolved to propose the distribution of and listing of Octave to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Friday 24 April 2026. In 2025, Octave would have had the following financial profile:
Revenues of 1.23 billion USD
Operating margins of 31%
Please note: all numbers are prepared on an IFRS basis and may differ under US GAAP
The Board intends for the potential separation to take place in the first half of 2026.
