Auditors
On behalf of the shareholders, the auditors' task is to examine the company's Annual Report and accounting records and the administration of the Board of Directors and the President and CEO. The 2025 Annual General Meeting elected the accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers AB (PwC), with the authorised public accountant Bo Karlsson as auditor in charge, as auditor for a one year period of mandate.
Hexagon’s auditors normally attend the first Board meeting each year, at which the auditor report observations from the examination of Hexagon’s internal controls and the annual financial statements.
